Crash Closes Part Of I-83 In Central PA: PennDOT A crash has closed all lanes of traffic along Interstate 83 by Harrisburg Mall, according to PennDOT.  The crash happened just before 11 a.m. on I-83 southbound between Exit 45 - Paxton St/Bass Pro Drive and Exit 44B - 17th Street, according to PennDOT. All lanes remained closed as of 11:30 a.m. The crash appears to involve a microbus or passenger van, based on the traffic cameras in the area.  There is no word on any injuries. Multi-Vehicle Crash Temporarily Halted Traffic Into Along I-83 In PA A multi-vehicle crash brought traffic to a standstill along Interstate 83 northbound on Wednesday, June 1, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  The scene of the crash on I-83 northboundPennDOT The crash happened between Exit 41 B-Lemoyne and Exit 43- Capitol/2nd Street around 5 p.m. according to PennDOT.  The crash reportedly involved three to five vehicles according to police scanners, although Daily Voice was unable to verify this with emergency dispatchers.
