Teen's Skull Fractured In Hit-Run, Pennsylvania State Police Say A teen is in the hospital with a fractured skull after being struck by a fleeing vehicle, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday.  PSP troopers in York were called to a report of "a pedestrian struck" in the 2200 block of Bridgeview Road, Hopewell Township, around 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18.  First responders arrived to find a 19-year-old man "with a fractured skull" and he was rushed to WellSpan York Hospital, PSP stated in the release.  The troopers's initial investigation revealed the teen was riding his scooter east on Bridgeview Road when a vehicl…

School Bus Driver Fired In York County Following Crash With Students Onboard A school bus was involved in a crash in Hopewell Township while on its morning route on Tuesday, according to Emergency Dispatch Services. The South Eastern School District bus was carrying 17 students when it crashed, overturning at the intersection of Kilgore and Draco roads at 8:05 a.m. When crews arrived at the scene just after 8:30 a.m. all the students were already out of the bus and area was cleared in about one hour, said dispatch.
