Pregnant Teacher Emily Lehneis Sentenced For Student Assault
A pregnant former Pennsylvania Special Education teacher and soccer coach has been sentenced after admitting to an "inappropriate" relationship with a female student, updated court records showed on Tuesday, Dec. 26.
The now former Susquehannock High School Special Education teacher, Emily Lehneis, now 31 of Hanover, was initially charged with the following: solicitation to production of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, obscenity, institutional sexual assault, and corruption of minors, according to the Southern York Regional Police Department.

Lehigh Valley native and beloved college student Destini Lee Czaplinski of Bethlehem died on Friday, Sept. 30 at the age of 28.
Born in Allentown, Destini was currently studying to earn her Medical Billing and Coding certification through Auburn University, her obituary says.
Destini also attended Emmaus High School, Salisbury High School, the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute, Agora Cyber Charter School, PA Learners Online, Stream Academy, Pennsylvania Distance Learning Cs, and Bucks Online, her Facebook page says.

Cosimo Fiorino, the assistant principal of Abington Senior High School, died on Wednesday, Aug. 17 at the age of 56, his obituary says.

A popular central Pennsylvania teacher has died after she was shot by her neighbor during a domestic dispute turned murder-suicide on Saturday, May, 21, authorities say.
