Second York College Student Found Dead In Dorm A York College Freshman who was found unresponsive died on Thursday, Nov. 17, authorities say.  Ryan Heflin, of Norristown, was found in his residence hall Thursday afternoon and later pronounced dead, according to Richard Satterlee, dean of student development and campus life. His death is not considered suspicious, Satterlee says.  Heflin had been majoring in sports media. 9-Year-Old Boy Stabs 11-Year-Old To Death Over Toy, Pennsylvania State Police Say A 9-year-old boy mortally wounded an 11-year-old boy during a fight over a Nerf Gun, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. The fight happened while the two boys were playing with the Nerf gun at a home in Randall Road in Ridgebury Township, Bradford County on Saturday around 10:30 p.m., according to the release. A "tug-a-war" over a toy gun ensued and the younger boy stabbed the older one in the chest with a knife, the release states.
