Bethlehem Man Shoved Victim Down Concrete Stairs At Hotel: PSP State police investigators have arrested a Bethlehem man who they say sent a 40-year-old to the hospital with a broken femur.  Jacob Washington, 32, is charged with aggravated and simple assault, troopers said in a release.  Detectives believe Washington and another man got into an argument at the Red Roof Inn, 1846 Catasauqua Road in Hanover Township, on Dec. 5.  Later, Washington was caught on video pulling the victim down the stairs, according to police. Poconos Man, 20, Dies After Motorcycle Crash A Monroe County man has died a week after sustaining injuries in a motorcycle accident, authorities say.  William M. Hill, 20, of Middle Smithfield Township, was pronounced dead on Sunday, May 14, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said in a release.  Hill was riding a motorcycle on Milford Road near Airport Road in Smithfield Township around 8:40 p.m. on Saturday, May 6 when he was involved in a crash with another vehicle, the coroner said.  He was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenburg, where he eventually died from multiple blunt force injuries, Buglio wrote.
