The Pennsylvania man who pleaded guilty to the brutal attack on an 84-year-old mother and her 53-year-old son at their New Jersey home has been sentenced to state prison. Kyle Kaspereen, of the 1200 block of Butler Street in Easton, was sentenced to 35 years in New Jersey State Prison with a 30-year period of parole ineligibility on Wed., Dec. 20, Warren County Prosecutor James L. A Pennsylvania man has officially been charged with murder following the late November attack at a New Jersey home that left an 84-year-old woman dead and her son critically injured. Kyle Kaspereen, 24, is accused of carrying out the Nov. 30 attack at 122 Wayne Street in Washington Borough, causing the death of Elaine Trachin and severely injuring her 53-year-old son, Bart, who was found taped to his wheelchair with a garbage over his head, Warren County Prosecutor James L. A mail carrier, a train conductor and a retired corrections officer are among 31 men charged amid a massive roundup that produced some horrifying stories about online child sex abuse in the age of COVID, New Jersey authorities announced Wednesday. Police: Bethlehem Pair Nabbed For Selling Prescription Narcotics In Warren County
A man and woman from Bethlehem were charged with selling prescription narcotics in Warren County, authorities said. James Jones, 61, and Jennifer Jones, 50, were taken into custody Jan. 13 on accusations that they sold prescription narcotics in Washington Township and Washington Borough, township police said. The two were charged with distribution of CDS and conspiracy, police said. They were processed and released in accordance with bail reform. State Police and Hackettstown Police also assisted with the investigation.
