Attempted Car Burglar In Delco Was Armed With Stolen Gun, Police Say A would-be thief in Yeadon was caught with drugs and a stolen gun on Monday night, Jan. 8, according to authorities.  Borough police were alerted to a group of burglars on the 2300 block of Alfred Drive at the Parkview Court apartments around 8:15 p.m., they said in a release.  Officers arrived and spotted one man still sitting inside a victim's parked car, the department wrote. Police said he had a Glock 19 reported stolen out of North Carolina and a "large amount" of marijuana on his person.
