Family Swept Away By Pennsylvania Flood Waters While Heading To BBQ In Weekend Tragedy Authorities have identified the two missing children who were swept away in the Bucks County flash flood on Sunday, July 16.  Matilda Sheils, 2, and her brother Conrad Sheils, 9 months, were visiting the area with family from Charleston, South Carolina, Upper Makefield police say.  "They were on their way to a barbecue when their vehicles got caught in the flash flood on Rt. 532," authorities said. Fuel Truck Overturns In Bucks County, Driver 'Seriously' Injured: Police A driver was seriously hurt when his fuel truck overturned and crashed in Bucks County early on Thursday, April 27, authorities say.  It happened around 8 a.m. on the 2800 block of Windy Bush Road/Route 232 in Upper Makefield, township police wrote in a release. First responders arrived to find the driver had been ejected from the vehicle, and that fuel was leaking out of the truck.  The victim was rushed to St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne with "serious" injuries, authorities said.
