Skull, Bones Found In Towamencin Basin: Police Investigators are working to identify human remains fished out of a retention basin in Towamencin Township on Monday, March 18, police said in a release.  A contractor called police after finding a human skull in the retention basin at Welsh Road and Grist Mill Drive around noon, according to authorities.  Officers secured the scene and discovered additional skeletal remains along with some "remnants" of clothing, police said. A 2010 Acura TL and a 2018 Ford F-150 pick-up truck collided at the intersection of Sumneytown Pike and Wambold Road around 4:55 p.m., Police Chief Timothy Troxel said.
