Philadelphia Man, 20, Charged In South Jersey Murder Attempt, Prosecutor Says A 20-year-old Philadelphia man has been charged in connection with a shooting in a shopping center parking lot, authorities said. Lamar Johnson, of the 1000 block of Granite Street, was charged with first-degree attempted murder, aggravated assault and several weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Willingboro Township Public Safety Director Kinamo Lomon. South Jersey Police Seek Hit-Run Driver Who Struck, Killed Shadid Fauntleroy On Route 130 Police in South Jersey seek the public's help finding the driver in a fatal hit-and-run crash, authorities said. Shadid Fauntleroy, 32, was struck and killed in a pedestrian crash on a hazardous stretch of Route 130 in Camden County. The driver of a late model SUV, possibly a Mercedes Benz, sped away from the crash scene which was caught on surveillance video, according to Pennsauken Township police. Fauntleroy was crossing the street at Route 130 and Drexel Avenue when the fatal crash occurred at 12:06 a.m. Tuesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Police said the SUV sust…

Man Airlifted In Willingboro Parking Lot Shooting A man was airlifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being shot in Willingboro Monday night, authorities said. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Willingboro Town Center on Route 130 around 5:30 p.m., the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said. The victim was taken by ambulance to Virtua Willingboro Hospital, then airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he under went surgery. No arrests had been made as of 9:45 p.m.

The deliveryman later identified as Desmond Gould, 23, of Delaware, was spotted by a Logan Township (Gloucester County) police officer on Route 130 Nov. 2, throwing a large box from the van into the woods, NJ.com reports.
