Daniel Lee Boose, age 39, of Gettysburg, has been sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment by United States District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson on Jan. 21, according to the release. Seized by U.S. government agents, Treverson Roberts, 27, pleaded guilty to the crime in federal court in Brooklyn on Monday in a bid for leniency. Roberts certainly won't get the kind of leniency he got in Grenada. The maximum penalty here is 30 years.
