Fatal Crash On Pattison Avenue In South Philly: Police An 18-year-old has died following a single-car accident in South Philadelphia early Friday morning, March 1, according to city police.  Authorities said the victim's car struck a utility pole on Pattison Avenue around 2:45 a.m. He was ejected from the car and found unresponsive, authorities said.  Medics pronounced him dead at the scene at 3 a.m., police said.  His name was not reported as of late Friday morning.
