Toby 'Sameer' Bryant Obituary: Philly Hit-Run Victim Dies 47 Friends and neighbors are rallying for the Philadelphia man killed in a hit-and-run crash last Tuesday, Feb. 27.  Toby "Sameer" Bryant, 47, was struck crossing the 7900 block of Ogontz Avenue around 11:15 p.m., Daily Voice reported.
