Coroner Identifies Bucks County Man Fatally Shot By Police The 40-year-old man was shot dead by Northampton Township police on Sunday night, the Bucks County Coroner's Office says.  Mark Chambers died from multiple gunshot wounds, Coroner Meredith Buck said in a release on Nov. 6. Police responded to a threats complaint at Tinari Drive where a woman said that a man she knows, Austin Carter, refused to leave her driveway, Northampton Township police said. When officers approached Carter, they saw the firearm leaning on the center console area, police said.
