Cold CASE: Lehigh County Couple, Infant Killed In 'Suspicious Fire' State police are looking for tips in a "suspicious fire" that killed three people in Lynn Township more than 25 years ago.  Linda Ann Howland, David Wayne Jones, and their 3-month-old daughter Leah Michelle Jones died when their home caught fire on April 26, 1998, according to PSP.  The family lived in a converted barn on a property that Howland ran as a horse farm, authorities said. Coroner Names Driver Killed In Lehigh County Crash Eighty-four-year-old Helen R. Werley died after her car struck another vehicle in Lynn Township on Thursday, April 11, according to the Lehigh County Coroner.  Officials said Werley, of Weisenberg Township, died from multiple blunt-force injuries. The manner of death was accidental.  The crash happened near the intersection of Schochary Road and Kistler Valley Road around 3:45 p.m. and Werley was pronounced dead at the scene, the Coroner's Office added.

Suspect In Custody For Exposing Self To Children In Lehigh County: PSP A suspect is in police custody after troopers said he exposed himself to a group of young children in Lehigh County on Monday, March 11.  The suspect, who authorities have not named, is being held on unrelated charges in Schuylkill County, said state police in a release.  Investigators said the incident happened on the 7000 block of Lincoln Court in Lynn Township. Coroner IDs Victim Of Deadly Route 309 Crash In Lehigh County Authorities have identified the victim who died in a three-vehicle crash on Route 309 in Lehigh County on Thursday, Oct. 13. Philip J. Helman, 58, was behind the wheel of a car that was involved in the crash with an ambulance and another vehicle around 12:30 p.m. between Gun Club Road and Mountain Road in Lynn Township, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. 18-Year-Old Hershey Driver Dies In Lehigh Crash, Coroner Says An 18-year-old man from Hershey died in a Lehigh County crash Friday, Sept. 16, according to the county coroner. Gabriel Whitesell was behind the wheel when his car collided with another vehicle around 8:35 p.m. on Route 309 near Mountain Road in Lynn Township, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said. Whitesell, who was wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead just before 9:20 p.m., authorities said. The manner of death was accidental.
