Bucks DA Opposes Clemency For Man Who Killed 58-Year-Old Woman
A man convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the murder of a 58-year-old woman in her Bristol Township apartment in 1990, will appear Thursday morning before the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons seeking clemency -- a motion strongly opposed Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
