Repeat Offender Captured On Video Sexually Assaulting Blind, Deaf, Mute PA Woman, DA Says
A 23-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested after authorities say they discovered a video of him repeatedly sexually assaulting an elderly woman who is blind, deaf, and mute, just two months after being charged with a similar offense involving a minor.
Malquan Craig, of Lancaster, is facing charges of indecent assault of a mentally disabled victim, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, and invasion of privacy in connection with the incidents involving the handicapped 70-year-old woman, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
