Unlicensed Bucks Wedding Venue Must Pay $11K, Says AG The operators of a wedding and event venue in Bucks County must pay $11,750 to the state, authorities announced.  Lawrence and Karen Plummer, who run The Barn at Forestville in Furlong, did not obtain the zoning permit required to run an event venue, said state Attorney General Joshua Shapiro in a statement Friday, Nov. 18.  Shapiro said the Plummers booked weddings, parties, and receptions that they were not legally able to host at their venue. PA Bridge Jumper, 29, Rescued From Delaware River With 2 Broken Legs A 29-year-old Pennsylvania man was rescued nearly 200 yards down the Delaware River from where he jumped off of a New Jersey bridge, and hospitalized with both legs broken over the weekend, authorities said. The Furlong, PA man had parked his vehicle on a Stockton, NJ bridge around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, then jumped into the water, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Alejandro Goez said. The Bridge Commission reported the vehicle stopped on the bridge, bringing authorities to the scene.
