An Elkins Park area shopper hit it big at an area smoke shop over the weekend, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials. The lucky winner earned the $208,603 top prize playing the Buried Treasure $5 Fast Play game on Sunday, Nov. 12, said lotto representatives. J Smoke Shop at 425 Township Line Road in Elkins Park will receive a $500 bonus for vending the lucky ticket, officials added. A Montgomery County man is charged with multiple felonies after prosecutors claim he filmed himself sexually assaulting a 14-year-old victim. Joshua Warner, 24, was arrested at his Elkins Park home on Thursday, June 15, said Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry's Office in a release.
