American Legion Shooting: Andrew McCutchen Wanted In Ardmore A 26-year-old man is in critical condition after shots rang out in the Ardmore American Legion Post on Monday evening, May 27 according to authorities.  Lower Merion police said 35-year-old Andrew McCutchen of Philadelphia is wanted in connection with the shooting.  Investigators believe McCutchen shot the victim multiple times inside the Legion around 7 p.m. then fled with another person in an SUV. Jeremias Donis-Garcia, the subject of an ongoing drug investigation, was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Florida registration when police pulled him over around 1:15 p.m. Saturday, local authorities said.
