Bucks County Native, 18, Dies In Boating Accident State police are investigating after a Bucks County teen and recent high school graduate was killed in a boating accident in Wayne County.  Dominic Testani, 18, of Doylestown, was found more than seven hours after the accident was reported in Lake Township early Saturday, March 18,  troopers at the Honesdale barracks said in a statement.  First responders were called to East Island Lane near Lake Henry in Lake Township at about 1:50 a.m., officials said.  On arrival, troopers were told that three people were on the water in a rowboat when the vessel capsized, according …
