Speeding North Wales Driver Charged In Deadly NJ Crash, Prosecutor Says
A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. After being charged with second-degree disturbing human remains, 53-year-old Carlos Acevedo, of Camden, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Cathleen McGrath, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Customer Arrested For Armed Robbery At AT&T Store In South Jersey
There was an armed robbery at an AT&T store in Camden County, authorities said. On Monday, Oct. 24, at 8:18 p.m., Gloucester Township Police received a 9-1-1 call reporting a man with a gun at the AT&T store. The call then disconnected. Officers secured a perimeter around the store and immediately located the suspect and took him into custody, police said. A 31-year-old man from Camden has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in connection with a fatal shooting the day after Christmas, authorities said.
