Woman Dies After Crash In Hatfield, Witnesses Sought: Police
Authorities in Hatfield are looking for witnesses to a fatal crash on Saturday, May 4, borough police said in a release. The wreck happened at 2420 Bethlehem Pike just after noon, officials said. Police said a 40-year-old man in a blue Hyundai Accent collided with a 71-year-old woman in a maroon Hyundai Tucson. Both drivers were taken to Grand View Hospital Trauma Center where the woman died from her injuries, authorities said. Two men are accused of homicide by vehicle after authorities say they killed a woman while street racing in Hatfield last year, according to a release from the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Evan Buckman of Pennsburg and Aidan Jarrett of Quakertown, both 19, surrendered to police on Monday, March 11, prosecutors said. Investigators said the wreck happened at the corner of Bethlehem Pike and Bergey Road on May 17, 2023. Two Suburban Philly Businesses Shut Down For Prostitution Investigations
Two businesses in the Philadelphia suburbs have been shut down indefinitely following allegations of prostitution, authorities said. Authorities closed New Super AcuCare on Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills and West Trenton Day Spa on West Trenton Avenue in Morrisville on Friday, March 11 after Falls Township police determined that the businesses were "promoting prostitution and human trafficking," they said.
