Man, 47, Found Stabbed Dead In Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Room; Philly Suspect Arrested A 47-year-old man was found stabbed to death in an Atlantic City casino hotel room, authorities said. On Friday, Sept. 23, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Atlantic City police responded to a hotel room within the Ocean Casino Resort for an unresponsive man.  The man, later identified as Brian Wilkinson, of Egg Harbor Township, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.  The Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office completed an autopsy of the victim and determined the cause of death as stab wounds and the manner of death was deemed a hom…

'Fly' Dad Of 4 Killed In Atlantic County Shooting Authorities have identified the 41-year-old man who was shot and killed in South Jersey. Police received a shot spotter call in connection with the incident at 914 North Main St. in Pleasantville, at 9:19 a.m. Saturday. Ivan Smith of Somers Point was found laying on a sidewalk with a gunshot wound, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill. Medical personnel performed CPR, but they were unable to revive Smith, Shill said Smith was pronounced dead at the scene. Couple Arrested In Pennsylvania For Execution-Style Slaying Of Atlantic City Teenager A man and woman have been indicted in connection with the execution-style shooting of a 17-year-old-in Atlantic City, authorities aid. Lewis Johnson, 31, of Newark and Shaquana Lewis 35, of Pleasantville, were arrested in June and charged with killing a teenager. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner. On Thursday, Johnson was charged with first-degree murder and a weapons charge.
