Victim Found Shot In Head In Idling Car: Philadelphia Police A man was found sitting in his car on a Center City street with a gunshot wound to the head late on Monday night, Sept. 25, Philadelphia police told Daily Voice.  The victim was found in a blue Toyota Prius on the 500 block of South 17th Street around 11:40 p.m., the department said. He had also been shot in the right shoulder.  He was rushed to Jefferson University Hospital where he remains in critical condition, according to police.
