Delco Pair Sexually Abused Intellectually Disabled Adults, DA Says Two people from Chester are accused of sexually abusing two intellectually disabled adult women, said the Delaware County District Attorney's Office in a release.  Michael and Nicole Swanson are charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual assault, aggravated indecent sexual assault of a person with a mental disability, and related counts, according to court records and prosecutors.  Authorities said the victims, aged 27 and 30, were friends from a special education program at Chichester High School. PA State Trooper Hurt In Hit-Run On I-95: Police The suspect is at large after a state trooper was injured when a passing driver hit his squad car on I-95 on Sunday, authorities say. The hit-and-run happened in the southbound lanes in Chester City around 3:45 p.m. Aug. 6, state police explained.  The trooper was pulled over at the scene of a two-car crash when a passing car struck his driver's side door, police said. "Elizabeth" is an homage to her mom Charlotte Fatoma's grandmother, whom she says is beautiful, kind and caring.  The baby's middle name is after the 911 dispatcher, Elyce Rivera, who coached Fatoma through the entire delivery over the phone on the side of Pennsylvania's Interstate 476 in late October.  Fatoma and her baby met Rivera for the first time early this week on the "Today Show."
