Pennsylvania State Police responded to a home on the 1500 block of South Krocks Road in Lower Macungie, where they came across a woman stumbling out the front door with "numerous injuries," they said in a Tuesday, May 3 press release.  The unidentified woman, who had also called 911, was taken to Saint Luke's Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition, police said. Woman Shot By Ex-Boyfriend In Allentown, Police Say Police in Allentown have arrested the ex-boyfriend of a woman he allegedly shot and wounded. The woman was shot in the 100 block of Chestnut Street around 1:10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16, Allentown police said. The victim was taken by ambulance to an area hospital, where she was in stable condition. Nearly an hour later, officers found the alleged gunman in the 600 block of North Penn Street and arrested him without incident. The man was identified as Kyle C. Feds: Allentown Man Charged For Hiring Hitman To Kill Ex-GF, Tried To Arrange More Murders After being charged with hiring a hitman to kill his ex-girlfriend, a Lehigh County man was newly charged with attempting to arrange the murders of two more people, authorities said. Dominic Luis Escalera, 37, allegedly traveled to Newark, NJ from Jan. 28 to Feb. 17 to organize the murders of two Allentown residents described in federal documents as M.R and A.R, according to Acting United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams.
