Know Him? Stray Emu Found Wandering In Bucks County Newtown police are looking for the owner of an emu.  The large bird was found near Stoopville Road and Rosefield Drive late on Thursday, July 4, authorities said in a statement.  Anyone with information is asked to call 215-328-8524 so the emu can be returned home safely.

An emu was seeing walking around in York County, and North Hopewell Township police are warning the public to stay away. "This flightless, soft feathered, brown bird with a long neck can reach up to six feet tall and although it looks harmless, they can be very dangerous when provoked or they feel threatened," police caution.
