Second College Student Found Dead In Central Pennsylvania Dorm A York College Freshman who was found unresponsive died on Thursday, Nov. 17, authorities say.  Ryan Heflin, of Norristown, was found in his residence hall Thursday afternoon and later pronounced dead, according to Richard Satterlee, dean of student development and campus life.
