Eldis Javier Rivera-Rodriguez, 40, of Fountain Hill, was arrested after the child, whom he knew, told a camp counselor about the sexual assaults which began in 2019, LehighValleyLive reports.
The child also told investigating officers of a May 2020 rape at Rivera-Rodriguez's then Bethlehem basement apartment, the outlet says.
He was charged with rape, statutory sexual assault (11 years older), involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault of a child, sexual assault, and indecent assault on a person younger than 13, according to court records.
Rivera-Rogriguez was lodged at Northampton County Prison after failing to post $500,000 bail, court records show.
His preliminary was set for Sept. 30 before District Judge Nicholas Englesson.
