Preston Mowery, 21, Dies In Rt 30 Crash: Coroner A 21-year-old man was killed in a four-vehicle crash on Route 30 on June 17, the Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release the following Monday. Newark Flight Attendant From PA Dies After Spinout Crash With Tractor Trailer On Route 78 Jennifer Friedel-Hoffman, a 60-year-old Pennsylvania resident, was killed in a crash on Route 78 in New Jersey on Wednesday, May 29. A tractor-trailer was parked and unoccupied on the right shoulder on Route 78 West in Lebanon when a Subaru driven by Friedel-Hoffman entered the area and struck the left rear of the truck just after 9 a.m., New Jersey State Police said.  The crash caused the Subaru to spin out and hit a Volkswagen passenger car traveling in the right lane, police said. Dayanara Santiago, 30-Year-Old Mom, Killed In Crash A 30-year-old mom woman is dead following a multiple-vehicle crash involving entrapment that closed all lanes of US Route 30 East in part of Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 4.  Dayanara Santiago most recently lived in the 200 block of South Duke Street of York City, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber. 2 Vehicle Rollover Crash Spills Fuel On I-81 In Lebanon County: PennDOT A crash involving an SUV and a tractor-trailer has shuttered part of Interstate 81 in Lebanon County, PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice.  The crash happened at mile marker 92 in Southern Lebanon County just before 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.  The tractor-trailer overturned and spilled diesel fuel— closing both lanes through Exit 100 into Schuylkill County, according to Schreffler.  It is unclear if anyone was hurt.  Follow Daily Voice for updates.

The boy was riding an ATV and turning behind a garage on the property of a Hazel Street property at the same time as the trailer around 11:40 a.m. in Delano, Pennsylvania State Police said. The trailer driver did not see the boy and struck him with the rear, right tires, police said. The child was later pronounced dead. No further information was released.
