Ephrata Man ID'd In Deadly Crash: Authorities A Lancaster County man has died following a head-on collision on Tuesday, June 7, authorities say. Ray Keith Weir, 50, of Ephrata has been identified as the person driving a black Volkswagen Jetta which left the eastbound lanes on Route 487 and entered the opposing lane of traffic near the Route 54 intersection around 4:15 p.m. in Elysburg, Rapho Township police say and the Northumberland County Coroner's office confirms.
