PA ATV Crash Kills 22-Year-Old NJ Woman: State Police A 22-year-old woman died at the scene of an all-terrain vehicle crash on Sunday, Pennsylvania State Police in Gettysburg announced the following day. PA Girl Suffers 'Severe Head Injury' After Strike While Riding Bike: Police A mom driving her 4-year-old daughter struck a girl on a bicycle leaving her with "severe head injuries," the West Lampeter Township Police announced on Friday afternoon.  The young bicyclist was struck at the intersection of Wiker and Frances avenues around 6:40 p.m., the police detailed in the release.  The girl had been riding her bike without a helmet going north on Frances Avenue, investigators explained.
