4-Year-Old Girl Shot In Philadelphia, Say Police A 4-year-old girl was among the victims shot after gunfire rang out on a Philadelphia street late Wednesday, Aug. 9, city police told Daily Voice.  It happened around 9:45 p.m. on the 2000 block of East Clementine Street, the department said.  The girl was shot in the stomach and rushed to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she was placed in stable condition, according to police.  The second victim, a 24-year-old man, was hit in the left calf and back and is also in stable condition, they added.  No weapons were recovered from the scene and no arrests …

2 Cars Struck By Gunfire In Easton, Police Say Two cars were struck by gunfire in Easton, say police seeking clues. Officers responding to the shooting report found evidence of gunfire near the 100 block of S 12th Street just after 5:55 p.m. Friday, Inspector John Piperato said in a release. Gunfire Erupts During Police Softball Game In Delaware County Gunfire broke out during a police softball game in Upper Darby Tuesday night, authorities said. A member of the Darby Township Police Department and officers from surrounding areas were playing at the 69th Street Recreation Area when shots were fired just after 9 p.m., police said. Nobody was struck, and officers do not believe any of them were targeted, police said. "It was still a harrowing incident," Darby Township police said on Facebook Wednesday morning. House Party Shooting In Harrisburg Under Investigation An altercation between two men ended in gunfire on Friday, according to Harrisburg police. Police respond to reports of shots fired in the 2300 block of North 2nd Street at 11 p.m. Upon arrival police found the shooting was a house party and two men were in a fight. One man opened fire, shortly after police arrived-- resulting in a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the man he was fighting. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
