Missing Infant Found Safe: Pennsylvania State Police

Hendrix Smith was found safe just before 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7, according to Pennsylvania state police.

No additional information was released.

A 1-year-old boy has gone missing and might be in danger, Pennsylvania state police say.

Hendrix Smith of Lancaster is believed to be traveling with Brandon Smith, 27, in a blue 2008 Jeep Compass, with Pennsylvania registration KJR-9189, police state in the release.

They were last seen in the 300 block of East Main Street in Mountville Borough around 11:15 a.m. Friday, Oct. 7, according to the police release.

Hendrix is described being 3 feet tall and weighing 30 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt with a dinosaur on it, as well as gray and white striped shorts and white shoes.

Brandon Smith is described as being 6 feet tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, according to the release.

Although the two have the same surname it is unclear if they are related.

Anyone with information on Hendrix Smith’s whereabouts is asked to immediately call 911.
