West Philly Rowhome Fire Displaces 3 A two-alarm blaze at a West Philadelphia rowhome left three people and one pet displaced on Sunday, Jan. 22, fire officials announced.  The blaze began at about 10 p.m. on the 5600 block of Pemberton Street in the city's Cobbs Creek neighborhood.
