A nail salon employee is recovering from a gunshot wound following a robbery, by some men in unusual disguises, the Philadelphia Police Department announced on Tuesday, Sept. 26. Two Black men dressed in abayas and hijabs (that were pulled up over their faces like niqabs) entered the Happy Family Nail Salon and Spa located at 1100 W.
