Man Found Dead In Fiery Jeep, Homicide Investigation Launched: Philadelphia PD The car fire in Philadelphia that killed a man early Thursday morning is being investigated as a murder, authorities announced.  Firefighters were called to the 3500 block of North 10th Street in north Philly just before 4:30 a.m. on Thrusday, Nov. 17 for a reported vehicle fire, officials told Daily Voice.  There, PFD Engine 50 put out a fire that had engulfed two cars, a Dodge Ram and a Jeep Cherokee, authorities said. An unidentified man was found dead in the Jeep, they added.  The Fire Marshal has ruled the incident arson, and the Police Department's Homicide Detect…
