PA Foot Doctor Being Prosecuted For Getting Handsy With Patient Perhaps it all started with a handsy doctor with a foot fetish, but now the Pennsylvania doctor is being prosecuted by the state’s attorney general, according to a release by his office. Dr. Matthew James Sabo, 48, of Chicora, Butler County, has been charged with two counts of engaging in sexual conduct and two counts of indecent assault, according to his updated court docket.
