Pennsylvania Man Vanished Without A Trace More Than 40 Years Ago, PSP Says Ryan Jan Kemp has been missing since September 1981, but state police still believe his case can be solved.  Kemp, 30 years old at the time he vanished, was last seen grabbing lunch at the IGA grocery store on Route 873 in Neffs, according to authorities and archival reports from the Allentown Morning Call.
