Videos Show Upper Darby Woman Mutilating, Torturing Animals
A Delaware County woman is facing charges for torturing animals in footage she shared online. Anigar Monsee, 28, of Upper Darby, mutilated and tortured the chickens, frogs, and bunnies, in footage shared to YouTube and other social media platforms, multiple news outlets including 6abc and NBC10. Monsee on Jan. 19 was charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals by means of torture, court records show. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5.
