Man Was 16 Years Old When He Shot Teen In Butt, Now He's Heading To Prison A Lancaster City man pleaded guilty and was sentenced for a shooting he committed as a 16-year-old, the District Attorney's Office announced on Tuesday, Feb. 13.  Jeffrey Moreau, now 18 of the 300 block of South Prince Street, has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a minor, recklessly endangering another person (two counts), and tampering with evidence before being sentenced by Lancaster County Judge Merrill Spahn. Child, Man Shot In Central PA: Police A child and a man were hospitalized following a shooting in central Pennsylvania on Tuesday, May, 17, police say. Lancaster City bureau police were called to the shooting around 7 p.m. in the area of South Queen and Andrew streets, according to a release by the department. Upon arrival police found two Lancaster City residents suffering from gunshot wounds. The pair were treated at the scene before being taken to an area hospital, the release shows.
