Deadly Crash On US Route 222 In Central PA (Developing) Someone has died in a car crash along Route 222 in Lancaster County on Friday, Oct. 28, authorities say.  The crash happened on Route 222 North by the Hunsicker Road exit near 322 in Manheim Township around 5:20 p.m., according to PennDOT and Lancaster County Wide Communications.  It is believed to be a single-vehicle crash with one person involved, dispatchers say. Erika Renee Crossen, 33, of Millersville, was traveling south on Route 222 by Hunsicker Road in Manheim Township when she hit another car around 6:10 p.m., according to a release by township police and later identified by the Lancaster County coroner's office.  Crossen was declared deceased at the scene at 6:52 p.m., according to the coroner's release. Man ID'd Following Rollover Crash On RT 222: Coroner A 60-year-old man from Ephrata died at the scene of a rollover crash along Route 222 on Saturday July 9, authorities say. A deputy Lancaster County coroner came to the crash in West Earl Township at 2 p.m., according to a release by the county's forensic center. Edwin Hayes was pronounced dead at the scene. Hayes will be examined at the center to determine the cause and manner of his death.
