A 61-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash this week in the Poconos area, authorities said. Michael J. Bobitka, 61, of Rice Township, was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. A 56-year-old Pennsylvania man is accused of killing a Bucks County mom of two who was found dead in Bristol Township three decades ago. Robert F. Atkins, of Falls Township, is charged with first and second-degree murder, robbery, and arson in the 1991 murder of 35-year-old Joy Hibbs, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday, May 25. A motorcyclist died after colliding with another vehicle in the Poconos on Labor Day, authorities said. Kayson Calim, 26, was traveling south on Route 209 near Wehr Lake Road in Chestnuthill Township around 6:30 p.m. when a car was turning left out of an Exxon gas station onto Route 209 north, according to PA State Police. The death of a 2-month-old baby in a Poconos, PA apartment has been ruled a homicide, authorities said. The infant girl, Ryann Bacchus, was found with trauma to her head resulting in multiple skull fractures in a Barrett Township apartment on March 19, the Monroe County District Attorney's Office said.
