School Board Director, Husband Gave Alcohol To Minors, Police Say A member of the Derry Township Board of School Directors and her husband have been charged with providing alcohol to minors, police announced in a release on Wednesday, Nov. 15. Maria Memmi and Philip D’Adderio, both 53 of Hershey, hosted a party with several people under the age of 21 who were under the influence of alcohol when police arrived on Oct. 28, according to the release.
