Police ID Skeletal Remains In Lehigh Valley As 'Kunkletown Killer' Police have identified the skeletal remains found by hunters in the Lehigh Valley as belonging to a convicted killer.  Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek said the bones were those of William S. He was 15. Josué was homeschooled and until recently a student at Allen High School, his obituary says. Josué is survived by his loving parents, Alexis Santana and Olga Burgos; his sister, Marangeys Santana Burgos; as well as several extended family members and close friends.
