Mom On Drugs Injures 3-Week-Old Infant During 'Incident' In Enola: Police A 35-year-old mom with criminal records in five Pennsylvania counties is behind bars again for allegedly injuring her 3-week-old infant while high on drugs, East Pennsboro Police explained in a release on Wednesday, Feb. 21.  Chynna-Blu Nagle, originally of Milroy but most recently of Enola, was found "on controlled substances and was attempting to care for her 3-week-old child," at 7:37 a.m. on Feb. 15, as stated in the police release.  Officers had been called to a "medical incident" in the 200 block of South Enola Drive, Enola. NWS Extends Flood Watch, Wind Advisories In These Pennsylvania Counties As heavy rain moves out of Pennsylvania, the National Weather Service has extended flood watches and wind advisories for several Pennsylvania counties. What began on Tuesday is expected to continue, this means high wind speeds are expected to blow at 20 to 25 mph in the advisory zones. The stronger wind gusts could blow down tree limbs and some power lines.
