Hershey Native Cara Wolfe Dies Suddenly On Christmas
Cara Wolfe of Fredericksburg died suddenly on Monday, Dec. 25.
Cara, who was 46 years old, had been battling a bacterial infection, according to her obituary on the Covenant Funeral Home website.
Born in Hershey, PA, Cara went on to earn a degree in computer information systems from Strayer University and had recently been working as a pharmacy tech at CVS, her obit says.
The mom of two loved spending time with her children, Natalie, and son, Declan, her obit says.

A wife, gymnast, and friend has died due to an illness her husband announced shortly after her passing.
Molly E. Athorn, 33, of Palmyra "had many health issues" that worsened and sent her to a local emergency room on Thursday, Sept. 7., 2023, her husband Nate explained in a Facebook post.
She was surrounded by loved ones when she passed around 5 p.m., he explained.
Molly was born in Hershey on Aug. 29, 1990, and was raised in Hummelstown, according to her obituary.

Road Rage Man Points Gun At Teens In Harrisburg, State Police Say
A road rage incident escalated to the point where a man pulled out a gun and pointed it at a group of teenagers on Dec. 17, 2022, according to a release by the Pennsylvania state police on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023.
The teenagers, a 17-year-old Hershey girl, and two Harrisburg boys, an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old, were in traffic at the intersection of Jonestown Road and Allentown Boulevard when 54-year-old Ronald Lee Baum of Harrisburg pulled out the gun around 2:05 p.m., as detailed in the release.
