A 33-year-old man who was a beloved big brother was found dead under a bridge in Harrisburg, county officials announced on Friday, March 1. Collin Weller was an Orwigsburg native who previously lived in Kutztown and Pottsville, according to his social media. He had been experiencing homelessness and ended up in Harrisburg at some point over the last five years.
