Philadelphia Man Raped Child, Chester County Court Finds A Philadelphia man was convicted on multiple felony counts including rape and indecent assault of a child in a Chester County court on Wednesday, Feb. 28, authorities say.  Gregory Shamberger, 59, first came under investigation in August 2021, Parkesburg police wrote in a release. Detectives said he sexually assaulted the victim multiple times.
